Cichla mouth infection?

Ok one of my 3 cichla developed a "lump" or ball type thing on its tongue. His tongue looks pretty deformed and such. Hes eating fine and eveerything just havging difficulties eating. Any advice greatly apprecatited. Im gonna add salt tomorrow and see if it helps.

-29 gallon

-Great water quality

-3 cichla and clown knife grow out tank

-4 inches long.
