I was wondering if anyone has this species of peacock bass
I was surfing and came across this photo I hope I can get it to load I haven't posted a pic before
they refered to it as Cichla Nigrolineatus otherwise known as Royal peacock bass

I know it doesn't have the bright reds and oranges ..... but to me its awesome and would like any info there is on them :naughty::headbang2:naughty::headbang2

no such species that exists now. that was ancient name they had that is no longer a valid specie. Royal peacock bass is a commonly reffered name used by locals. otherwise the picture you have provided is a Cichla intermedia.
