I have a four inch pbass and I fed him and the other fish some minnows three days ago he still has a full belly and fins and gills are moving normal but his full belly is almost touching the rocks any help?

It could be as simple as he overate, or it could be complicated - he could be bloated, have a parasite from the minnows, etc.
First thing to check is water quality.
