Whats the tank size and filtration? Looks nice and wide.
 
Thanks gangster. Tank is 4 feet wide, 2 feet high, 7 across, so tons of room for them. 90 gallon sump with an fx5 to polish the water. I had to put gravel down, I wish I didn't, bare looked terrible and didn't have the sand when I needed to set up.

Pull that gravel and get some sand. Im sure your rays will thank you.

I hate maintaining tanks with sand. I find them very difficult to clean and that a ton of bio bacteria sits in then that goes everywhere when it gets stirred up causing me to fight with algea, and believe me it's hard to scrub algae in that tank. Do you have any tips on keeping a tank with clear water with sand?

If you get something like the geo system #2, that sand has a nice texture and it's heavy enough that you won't get a sand storm. Dave from PetSmart uses it and his water is always clear and he has my 2 big Motoros in it. They bury in it no problem as well.
