Cichla With Emperor Cichlids

Hey was wondering what you guys thought about keeping Emperor Cichlids (boulengerochromis microlepis) with Cichla. How long will they be cool for?

First off,id like to know how in the world did u get ur hands on emperor cichlids.arent they rare in captivity.

Arent those the really big bass looking cichlids?The Emperor?

yeah I've wanted some for a while now. The guy had 2 for sale so I jumped on them. Heres a pic

that would be a cool mix but they like differnt water types

More often than not pH doesnt matter.

I've got 2 big tanks a 300 and a 180 but I would like to keep them with my bass when they get bigger. I'm just starting all over again so they are all very small.

i dont know about the emporor but ph is important and you shold keep cichla in low ph soft water
