cichla's eye question

I was wondering what happened to my Kelberi? It's right eye buldges out, I recently notice it's eye buldging. Looks like the Aro in the picture but on one eye only, other eye is normal. Anybody know what happen? Eats like normal. Anything I should be worried about? My Kelberi is 16"-17" around 2 years old if that is any help.

No, it's only been their for a few days.

This happened to the Flowerhorn I use to have. His eye got huge! I assumed it was from him nailing the glass. I just kept up on water changes and added salt, and it went away in a couple weeks. Good luck.
