I have 3 african cichlids that are carrying babies I bought a little fry net holder for the babies and I was woundering about a few things how do I get the babys out of the mothers mouth? Also what do I feed them?

If this is the first time that your fish are holding, it is better to let them spit the fry out in the tank. If you must strip them, then here is a video on how to do it with some aftercare of the fry: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkCq9fPclh0&feature=related
If you are not sure who the father is, and you think the fish are hybrids, you should just let them be spit into the tank.
Be careful with the net breeders. Small fry are easily sucked out of them.
