cichlid darting!

mostly everytime i walk pass by my tank they allways dart away (RD,Convicts,JAGS,5 star) or when i turn on the lights they dart my tank is in the living room so i cant move what could i do?

Maybe make some hiding spots, so if freightind the fish can retreat to somewheres it feels safe.

might b 1st signs of illness, but i dunno. hiding spots would prolly help but then they become kind of depended on them and stay in them
