has anyone evry feed thier fish dreid seaweed is this good for them

For mbuna it should be just fine. Don't know if they will eat it though. (Haps and peacocks may eat it though it will tend to not be eaten.) As for other lakes, well cichlids that eat vegies should eat it.

i have tried to feed the dried sheets of seaweed that you clip in the tank, and my africans are deathly afraid of it! lol.. they see it moving in the current and avoid it at all costs--. they do however love to pick at sliced (frozen) zucchini, yellow squash and cucumber..
