Hi, i havw seen that many of you guys create your own recipes through combinations of food for your cichlids. So i was wonsering how exactly is this accomplished? What ingredients do you need? How do you store it? Can it be used on a daily basis to feed my fish? Thank you guys in advance!!

u could mush a bunch of fish like salmon, krill, silversides..into like a goo and then freeze it..or put vitamins in it like vitamin c...and such others like that
mine isnt compllex for my cichlids just some floating pellets and some sinking pellets!
but for my wolffish i give him silversides and stuff its mouth full of baby cichlid hikari pellets! with needle nose pliers! them plug up the mouth with a larger sinking pellet! otherwise they all float out! and dont sink very fast!
i ust put the pellets in right before i am about to feed it to them! they are frozen!
