Cichlid Food

Hi i have a question about food? I have a Male dovii and a couple of other cichlids. I was wondering if i can feed them Squid. I work in a resturant and we serve calamari, i am able to get some of the left overs cheap. i was wondering if it would be okay to feed my fish this?

Uncooked seafood is good for most cichlids but it would defiantly need to be a once in awhile as a treat situation.
