Ok so I was wondering what to stock in my 55g CA/SA cichlid all cichlid tank, I would prefer to keep atleast 4 types of cichlids that wont get bigger then 8in and having trouble deciding so suggestions will all be apprieciated

4 types of cichlids in a 55? a firemouth a convict a ram maybe a salvini. good luck with them getting along in a small tank
The following are small sized cichlids that max out at around 4"-6" except the centrarchus w/c can grow to 8":
Centrarchus, Sajica, Cutteri, Nanoluteus, Panamensis, Spilurus, Spinossisimus, Siquia.
None of these is as aggressive as the convict. But they are still cichlids so they are still aggressive to some degree.
It's going to be difficult to make them get 4 of them to get along in a 55 though. But it could work if you provide a lot of caves for them to hide. Maybe you could get away with 1 centrarchus, 1 sajica, 1 spilurus and 1 nano.

Yeah I was thinking of having some of the dwarf cichlids in this tank like some small acara's,t-bar cichlid
