^^ Why though? I used cichlid gold before and it really brigthened up the colors on my africans but this time I bought BioGold because it was more expensive and I thought it would work better (that's a terrible reason to buy something haha)
 
Cichlid Gold


Ingredients: White fish meal, wheat flour, wheat-germ meal, brewers' dried yeast, soybean meal, shrimp meal, dehydrated alfalfa meal, carotene, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin A supplement, l-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (source of vitamin C), vitamin B12 supplement, biotin, calcium pantothenate, choline chloride, D activated animal sterol (source of vitamin D3), folic acid, menadione sodium bisulfite (source of vitamin K activity), inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, zinc oxide, manganous oxide, salt, ferrous chloride, copper sulfate, cobalt sulfate, aluminum sulfate, magnesium sulfate. Ingredients: Fish meal, wheat flour, brewer's dried yeast, gluten meal, spirulina, fish oil, bacillus subtillus, enzyme, garlic, astaxanthin, monosodium glutamate, vitamins and minerals including stabilized vitamin C. My convict's feces is green after he eats bio-gold. Not sure why, but I havent observed this with gold. Who knows.
