Cichlid ID Help Please

This one is just labelled as cichlid. Probably a good 6 inches long. Tail is a little beat up so it discounted. Can you let me know what it is to see if it is worth it? Thanks

Looks like v. fenestratus. Hard to tell from the angle.

V. bifasciatus is another distinct possibility. I don't see the vertical bars of a V. fenestratus (although they don't always show).

it's a vieja Bifasciatus and that tail will never heal. Was it worth it? Yes if you breed him
