Cichlid id help

Hello, I got this from lfs. They said it came in as Cuban but were told its something else. Definitely is aggressive especially at small size. Please disregard algae. Tank location is in horrible spot and gets too much sun but since looking to move soon moving tank is not on top of priority list. Thanks

Not Nandopsis tetracanthus, but of course looks like one of the Parachromis, probably female managuense, or hybrid.

Looks like a motaguense to me. Definitely a parachromis and not a managuense.

Hard to tell female rtm and loiselli some time but I'm leaning towards loiselli.

thanks. going by that last pic i definitely think that may be it. now i'm tempted to go back and grab the other one they have.

loisellei. its more yellow. female rtm is quite bland to begin with and the orange/red comes on later.
