why you doubling up threads? it is a texas, maybe a low grade red texas but might be the shots making it look pinky? what did you buy it as?

How do you know if its low grade when theres bad pics and it hasn't settle in to show its full colors and how would you know if its a hybrid or not?

It's a "FH" hybrid.

Umm no he said he bought it as a 'Texas cichlid' and thats what it looks like even people on his other thread agreed with Texas cichlid so there is some kind of confliction.

Its a texas or a texas based hybrid (most likely the latter). The pictures arent great so its hard to say for sure
