Melanchromis auratus, the females get 4" and males can be around 5-6". the males are very aggressive and almost black with one white line.
I have a pair and tonnes of babies growing out.
Yours is a female.

and here are the babies (all babies and females share the same colour, like your fish.

Thanks, they are really nice fish the females are very peaceful and the males are Uber aggressive. they like to be kept with 1 male to 3 females, but you only have a female there so thats fine yours won't be too aggressive. theyre a relatively common fish but they are very light and colourful and mix well with other africans both Mbuna and Haps.
