I saw this picture on the Internet and I have no idea what it it, looks Linda like an Oscar but with a smaller mouth and different pattern

Definitely not coryphanoides, that is a central, some devil variant. You can see the grey and red phases mixed together, giving that calico like appearance.

Could it be a midas or red devil hybrid of some sort?
