Agree with Stanzzzz7, you can see the Tilapia spot in the posterior of the dorsal fin.

In some Tilapines its a bit more obvious, as in this young Coptodon zillii above, and in some as the fish ages it almost disappears, as in the niloticus below.

Google Tilapia (Coelotilapia) joka, and compare, the joka have 7 bands, and an extra one that transects the eye, and a spot on the caudal much as the same in the one from your pic.
The bands are more distinct, but maybe the one in your pic is stressed, or trying to lighten up to match the substrate.

Probably stressed if the op's previous posts are anything to go on.

Agree with Stanzzzz7
By the way, there are almost 1000 different species of Tilapine cichlids, that range from the Midest, Israel and Syria (the Sea of Galilee) and Iran (Iranocichla hormuzensus, which has ben on my wish list for decades) in the north and as far south as the southern tip of Africa.
They come in all shapes and sizes, and some live in water more saline than the ocean (Alcolapia alcalicus)
Alcolapia male below.

and below a female incubating eggs in her mouth
