So my cichlids destroyed everything ive tryed so far amazon sword,wisteria,moss, any suggestions.

The only plants that survive with my cichlids are of the genus Plasticus. Sorry about that.

Try Anubis. They are doing well in my Mbuna tank. They are supposed to taste bad.
