cichlid sickness?

just picked up 2 new guys for my tank today.
mostly convicts and firemouths but today i picked up a blue acara and a midas and brought them home. ****in...... uh hours later now and them ****s look almost sickly. not really getting bullied or anything but like the midas looks almost like his fins are just rotting away and the blue looks just sickly like a white glassy coating around all body including eyes. what is this **** and how come the fish originally in my tank didnt get it if it was already there? or maybe it came from the fish store? will my other fish get it? and most importantly what do i do about it?

This is a type of fungal infection. It would be imperative to get API fungus cure pro series it comes in a blue and white box.Looks like that it comes in a powder packet and a liquid packet I would try both as i have only used the powder and it worked for me.
