Recently, my cichlids are been acting nuts, (African, Lake Malawi).

They are swimming violently, rubbing against rocks and gravel, and have quick, dashing movements in the water.
I noticed some white spots a couple of weeks ago. Got some quick cure. Added salts with every water change. Siphoned the gravel. Raised the temperature a bit (82) and added medication at night.

Seemed to work, but now they are acting up again.
I only noticed two cichlids that have a few white spots. The others no visible spots.
I also have two common pleco's, and they are fine, acting just normal. No spots, no nothing.
I filled out questionnarie on fishyportal, and everything lead me to purchasing and curing the fish with Aquarium Pharmaceuticals General Cure. Is this the cure?

Some help would be appreciated on what I should do.

The last time you treated, how long did you treat them? You should treat for ich for 14 days, no less than that to be really sure all parasites are destroyed. Use table salt and heat. This is all it takes to destroy them.
