I just got a batch of white top haras and noticed one of his eyes is buldging a bit and he is staying at the top of the tank. Whats wrong and what med do i use?

pics would help cuz there are more than one possiable cause injury/deformaty/infection/disease... without pics its hard to know what the cause is but general treatment for prettymuch anything is warm water (86) and a bit of salt..
