Going to Cape Coral next week do anybody know where I would be able to catch some Midas near by?

USGS maintains a nonindigenous species database on their website which allows you to sort by state, then by type/family/etc.

Here is the direct link for Florida. On the list that comes up, click the "Family" heading on the table to sort the list by Family, then look for Cichlidae. Under the species name for Amphilophus it will give you a detailed list of all the documented catches, their date and location. Look for the most recent dates for locations around that general area and it should give you creek/stream/lake names.

Here is a list of all the documented Amphilophus catches in Florida.

Unfortunately, it looks like they're not established around the Tampa area. They seem to be more widespread on the east coast and throughout Miami.
