i need to know what i should feed my fingerling cichlids to make em grow better:popcorn:

NLS, is the staple... I also am starting to use Xtreme aquatic foods. And then for snacks frozen brine shrimp. (If mbunas some vegies are good.) I would actually stick away from the blood worms, since africans tend to get bloat from them...

pellets, frozen foods, brine shrimp if they are really small or ghost shrimp. Its more like how much or how many times a day you feed them. My small ones I feed a mix of that stuff, but twice a day and they beef up and get big then I feed them once every other day when they are big.

NLS growth formula. great stuff that the little guys will devour.

Good shops will stock it.
Probally plenty of online sources.
I use frozen foods w/good success, the fish really brine and krill. I never tried mysis, but that looks to be another choice for smalller fish.

NLS is the best staple food for this, and supplement it with some frozen bloodworms or brine shrimp.

Sigh...NO BLOODWORMS. Its an unnecessary risk, stick with mysis or brine shrimp.
