i got a 7inch male red devil i justy got from a friend a week ago i put him in a 75 gallon tank i had running for about a year now water is great he is happy swimming all over the tank moving the sand around his rack caves , anyway i breed my own meno feeders i give to my oscars 2x a week and hakari gold & hakari staples but for some reason the red devil dont eat the cichild sticks from tatra or any hakari product just feeder menos? what can i do...

don't feed it feeders, only offer pellets, it will eventually eat them. Also ditch the Cichlid sticks and stick with hikari.
i did not like the tetra predator sticks they made a huge mess in my tank. i do like hikari
don't offer him anything other then pellets, try every other day or let him go a week then offer pellets.
is the RD alone? my texas i would not see eat when solo but in the larger tanks with competition he became greedy

I would stop feeding the menos for atleast a week. I once had the same problem and that was how I was able to break that feeding habit. It can also go reverse where you only feed commercial food then want to try and get them to eat live that problem I had with cubans.
