Cichlids suitable for a 30 gallon tank?

I was wondering if anyone could suggest some cichlids suitable for a 30g tank, they can be African or South and Central American. The only things in the tank atm is a red tail shark about 3/4 inch and a 2inch ( i think) L 199 pleco.

smaller cichlids like cons , firemouths or some of the dwarf cihlids apistogramma species . blue acaras would do ok in a 30 also. Prob five diffrent ones that get to be 5-6 " max

Pair of Laetacara sp.
Pair of Herotilapia Multispinosa

While not SA or CA, Steatocranus Casuarius and Tinanti are cool little cichlids for that size tank.

plenty of options, whether SA dwarfs like apistos or even shellies if you're ok with Tanganyikans
