How many cichlids do you have in your tank right now.If i would add anything it would be a couple of synos like feather fin or ocillifer.

I have 2 peacocks, 3 blue dolphin, 2 venustus and 5 yellow labs.

Is it a 4' tank?

How big is your Venustus now, and is it a male? You may have trouble if it's a male and reaches sexual maturity...they can get rather aggressive. You may have an issue keeping smaller mbuna, such as your labs and peacocks, with larger haps, like the venustus and the blue dolphin. I wouldn't keep a Venustus in a 4' tank for too long..

made my decision... no jewel for this tank... my tank 3x2x2ft. all fishes r juveniles except peacock. they will be moved to a 180g in a year..
