You can add any Cichlid that isn't able to eat your fish, and those that don't require hard water. I personally don't recommend more than 1 aggressive cichlid. I have loaches with a Hartwegi Cichlid in one tank, and with a Paratilapia Bleekeri in another.
You can have any of those, but if you have a few cichlids that are constantly fighting, it will send the loaches into hiding from aggression. If you can find a mix that can cohabitate, it won't be a problem, but Cichlids usually are aggressive toward conspecifics. Tank size will also play a factor. I've had a breeding pair of cichlids with loaches, and they took over half the tank.
Bolivian rams are much better in this case. I do not believe for one the blue rams would like the boisterous activity of a large group of yoyos. I do have a pair of breeding severums in my tank with loaches. They spawned several times and failed on all accounts to guard the eggs with the feisty loaches around.
