Cinder block stand help!!!

I need a quick and easy stand for a different tank then my new show tank... i know people do quick cinderblock ones but off the top of my head and the threads I saw it will only sufice a 12-18"tops wide tank. i need to fit a 2' wide tank.. How can i make this and count on it holding a 5X2X2 150g. I like this idea but know it wont be that easy for my 2' width http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28412

This is the cinder block layout(top veiw) I used for my 180 gallon, 6' x 2' x 2'. The cinderblocks are stacked 4 rows high and topped with two 2" x 12" x 72" planks.

think i can do that and just lay 4X4 instead of plywood
