Okay, gonna get a lot of hate. But completely satisfy with the outcome of the lawsuit and Cinemark countersuing for court fees. I feel sad for the victims and family members of the victims, but it honestly look like they were milking this for money. I feel Cinemark has every right to recoup their court fees. And I hate it when people say "just write it off", it cost Cinemark $700,000 in court fees. If they write it off Im sure people will lose their jobs.

All they gotta do to make up the loss is charge ten bucks for their eight dollar hot dogs and eight bucks for their six dollar pretzel poppers.

I didn't even know they were sued haha. What the what???

Because they won the case they should be able to sue the families that took them to court. I never understood suing companies when stuff like this happens.

Unreal. I'd try and sue for the theater being a gun free zone
That's the thing about stupid laws and rules....they only affect and disadvantage the law abiding while the criminals ignore them and are free to do whatever they want.

I wish everyone would understand that. I live in nj with some of the strictest laws in the country. But we have Camden which is one of the most dangerous places in the US

The gun laws and high ass property taxes are two reasons why I will probably never reside in the People's Republic of New Jersey.
