Unfortunately if this is the US they will assume it's an ST and confiscate it. Then you have to go and prove otherwise.

The aqua bid post post said Cited certified, which can mean anything. How the hell is a dat worth anything close to $1500

His add says "Cited, certified"... not CITES

3 things stand out:
- the obvious "d" rather than "s", maybe a typo, maybe not.
- lower case letters, CITES is an acronym and spelled in all caps.
- the comma between cited and certified. As if being cited and certified were 2 different things and he is both.

I am not sure there is such a thing as CITES certified anyway.

Thats easy,the dat has to be a Pulcher-ST which I'm not too sure the one in the picture is in the first place.
