i have a 100g tank just purchased and i want to combine my 2 50g tanks into this 1 and i have a clown knife, black ghost knife, 2 tinfoil barbs and 1 jack dempsey so im curious if i can combine all those fish into this one tank

i know the barbs get along with anything pretty good but im concerned about the jack and my knifefish getting along

clown knife and black ghost are about 3-5 in now(havent had them that long)

and the jack dempsey is only about 1in(i took off a friend who was going to either let it die or release it in a local pond):irked:

can i put them all together in the same 100g tank?

any help is usefull cuz there isnt much online about knifefish compatability

one good thing you have going is that the dempsey is smaller than the 2 knife fish, so that might reduce the chance of the dempsey harassing the knife fish. also, don't be afraid to take a chance. it might work. i have placed many fish that most MFKers would say are not compatible. it can work, especially if consideration is taken in the size of the fish. as long as the species with the most potential to pick on the others is smaller.

Compatibility is'nt an issue at all here. The only problem I see is the size that the clown knife will put on it a tank that size.. How deep is it? The 2 tinfoils get big as well, but can be alright in a 100.
