My cousin's redneck neighbor has a full grown dragonfish, a 8" marble angel (no joke, it's huge), 2 10" pleco, and a 9" CK in a 29g tank, every time I see this tank , I shake my head in disgust..I guess the saying "incest is not best" kinda fits this guy..we've all told him, that tank is WAY too small, but he thinks he knows everything about everything and says "oh, no, the fish will only grow to the size the tank will allow", I want to hit him every time he says that...Sorry, rant over. lol

LOL, I wish..

Maybe he does fifty percent water changes every day.I know a few dense fishkeepers just like this guy.

How about a pic? What exactly is a "full grown dragon fish"?

well a clown knife fish one of my fav fish so save it plz, save it from its pain. mine are in a 120. and there bout 8" and 10-11" so save it!!!

The problem with that theory of the fish to tank size, is that fact that they do get stunted and it seems like the theory is correct. Most people will stand by it not knowing the potential life span of the fish. I still know a lot of people who find it nearly impossible for a fish to live more than 3 years.
