CK problem HELP!!!!

my CK has got a swollen somehting i dunno what it is right under his lower jaw..not on his jaw he still eats and acts normally but ther is this huge irritated looking lump along is bottom like where i imagine his throat is...cant get any freakin pics cuz he wont stay still but im kinda worried...any help or similar problems is extremly apreciated...i have a sand botom but i dont think that the problem...weekly water changes and the lot..hes about 4-5'' i na 30g with a senegal and 2 baby yellow tail cudas.

Are you sure he's not just full? How long has it been around?

My bgk will gorge himself on blackworms and get a swollen abdomen. Once he ruins my nice, clean, sand bottom, he's back to normal.

Looks like something might be lodged in his throat. Try to look down into it's mouth to see if you can see anything.
