CK with whitespot?

CK with whitespot is normal right? im giving him treatment at the moment and there isnt alot of spots on him yet, just about 10 or so faded spots on the top of him ?

does that mean anything and how often should i do water changes?

Whitespot on a CK isn't normal. Pics would help, but they usually have white rings around their black spots on their flank. At this point, I would do a water change at least every 3 days and bump up the temp to 84F degrees.
