i must be delusional, but my clown knife, that just went into its temproary home, (its 5 inches, and isin a 20 for 3 months tops) just started eating, 1 hr after i put him in, and on top of that, he was eating some of the larger flakes that my kribs were not touching. i guess thats a good thing though, lol, itll be easer to keep him off live foods, lol.

my BGK will occasionally eat flakes. would probably do it more often if i actually put it in the tank frequently. i just do it sometimes to see, and he's ate sometimes. My bichirs will grab it and spit right back out:ROFL:

i still cant get my ck to eat...its four inches in a 55 and all i have seen him do is pick at some sh*t(and ocassional bloodworms at teh bottom) on the bottom of the tank and he hasnt grown an inch in about a month... so i consider you lucky just for getting him to eat that quick.

mine at like a damn ]v[onster as soon as he was in the tank. i dont think he was fed at the LFS

well, i know he was fed at the lfs, cuz i fed him there, lol, BUT im shure from his ****ty history, that he wasnt kept in the best conditions, i mean, he was put with africans, and beat to, well, you can guess what i was gonna say. i got him to eat krill at work, so i guess he wasnt fed much at his previous home.

That's good! Now it won't be so hard to get him to eat pellets and other non-living food.

Mine its flake quite a lot also pellets, i feed him market prawns twice a week which he loves, it sounds like ive been quite lucky.
