Here&There
I just added two 5" CKs to my 240. The three 4" Gold3SpotGouramis immediately started harassing them. The Gouramis usually fight amogst themselves, but they always leave the tank's other inhabitants alone. I fed right before I added the CKs and turned the lights off. What gives? Is this a predictable response by the Gourami? (The Gouramis were always going to be relocated or allowed to become CK food when the CKs got big so moving them out of the 240 doesn't break my heart.)

Let them get eaten. I despise gold gourami's. I gave mine away due to its psychosis. The people I gave it to had 3 oscars about six inches and he was five. They were restricted to a single corner of the tank until they removed the gourami. Terrible fish.

gouramis arent that bad. I have 1 blue/2 gold/2 moonlight and they all fight between themselves and rarely nip at my needlenose gar. my bgk chases the gouramis now that hes settled in. give it like a few days and watch the knife chase the gouramis. that is exactly what happened to my bgk.

Trichogaster Trichopterus are pretty aggressive Gouramis. Rearranging the tank may help with the aggression as it will force them to look at new "territory"

I put one of the 3 in with a 3" oscar and the O dominated him in the evening. Next morning O hiding in corner. Gourami that bothered O and one other from 240 now in with my piranha. One left in 240. They are pretty but also Richards. Done with Gouramis- probably forever.
