My clown loach is very healthy. but when ever i go to the tank He darts off to the back of the tank and hides till i leave can anyone help me please! I like watching him with all of his silly antics

They derive strength in numbers. Get a couple more.

3 is fine. The more, the better but if space is an issue, then keep 4-5 only. What size is your tank?

This is really too small. Do you plan to switch to long tanks? If not, I'd simply sell your lone clown loach to other people who can accommodate it. Stick with kuhli loaches.

Yes once he gets bigger i was planning on putting him in a 55 gallon
