CL with p bass and silver aro??

i would like to get a school of clown loachs goignt and could i keep a school of like 10 or CL with 2 p bass and a silver aro all are less then 4"

For a while you could, but the bass and aro will dwarf the loach in growth rate.

At what size clown loaches, do you think a juvie aro can be introduced to the tank? 6+ inches? I might want to trade in my discus for an aro eventually, but have a dozen CLs in the tank ranging from 2-4.5 inches.
