Is it possible to have clams breed in your tank? It looks like I have babies in my tank but they are still kinda small. I tried to take some pics but my camera cant focus in on them.

^ I'm far from an expert in this area, but i have heard that it is possible for them to breed in a tank...

I have 3 in this tank and theres small clams all over the place now. As soon as i can get a better pic or when they get a little bigger ill post them on here. Did anyone else have them breed on you?

I'm sure the breeding behavior is akin to corals and marine plants. It would probably be more difficult to do in captivity than it's worth.

I wasnt trying to breed them. They just did it on their own. Im gonna try to borrow my dads camera to see if the little ones will show up. My camera cant focus in on them.

Do you know what species they are?

Well here they are. Still a little tough to see but its the best I could get with the camera my dad had. Also threw in 2 pics of my wonderful midas. Enjoy :)

hard to tell but as far as i can tell you have babies

so all that is left to do is wait for them to grow then start the water boiling:D (jk)

also when you can confirm babies with out doubt post your water and tank params so that others can try to breed them aswell
