Clamped PELVIC Fins

Hello,
I have a 29g Tank with...
2 Rams (paired)
3 Gouramis (2f/1m)
1 BN Pleco
8 Harlies

But my male ram's pelvic fins are clamped. I have no clue why. My parameters are fine. Help Would be appreciated. Thanks.

What are you water parameters exactly?
Clamped fins are a general sign of stress, can you fill out the below info please;
a. How often do you do water changes and how much water do you take out on average?
b. How often do you clean the filter and the substrate in the tank and how do you go about it exactly?
c. How much do you feed fish on average and what exactly and how often?
d. Do you use dechlorinator
e. Are the fish displaying any other symptoms whether behavioral or physical i.e. eroded/tattered looking fins, white/stringy looking poop, inflamed anus, slimey or cotton wool like growths on fish, white spots on fish, blood looking bruising on fish etc?
f. How long have you had the fish as well?
