Hi all, i have my eyes on a 12" clarias catfish, beautifull markings but i was just wondering if this species of cat are aggressive enough to take chunks out of rtc's or even other large fish. Ive read about them being called the walking catfish as they can traul from dried up pool to pools with water.

I really like the looks of this fish and really want him so advice please people before i comit to such a beauty ;)

I had a 16" piebald walking cat used to bite the fins of my other bottom dwellers. I've had several returned to the shop for similar aggression.

Do you think it lack of territory or just general aggression because they want their territory to be the entire tank?

Not sure, I just know they are "problem fish" that get returned.

You better watch him... he may go for fins when hungry...
