clarious cat????

I came across a lfs that has a catfish that looks exactly like a clarious cat(walking catfish), for 9 bucks. It is labeled as a blotched catfish. It is all white and very small but looks exactly like a clarious cat. Those are supposed to be illegal here right. Is there other catfish that resemble them this much or is it a mislabled clarious?

omg i hope you dont get flamed for that But there is a chance that it was a walking catfish, the dumber lfs might just sell it not knowing anything
