I have a 12in female motoro and a 9in Male motoro. Well I came downstairs today and turned on the light and noticed she had a bitemark on her disk.

The thing is my male's claspers are only an inch long. Is he mature enough to get her pregnent or was it just some forplay?

It's not the size of the clasper, it's how you use it.

That being said, he could be of breeding size. Only one way to find out, wait and see. In 90 days if you have pups, his gun is loaded.

Thats cool, you've got a point there.

That would be pretty cool though if I did get some pups out of them.

i guess for a breeding pair it's normal for the female to have some chunck missing.

There was no chunck taken out. Just a bite mark where the male would have held on to if they were breeding.

ah ok bro. anyway, just keep an eye on them and don't be surprise if one of these days you'll find your female ray with some wounds.

In my limited experience, there is generally quite a bit of foreplay and biting before anything actually happens but, you never know.

I would say that it is a sing that both your male and female are reaching sexual maturity.

All that said, sometimes rays bite just to bite.

Will do.
