okay i need to clean my 20 gallon fish tank
and all of the containers i used to hold the fish while i cleaned the tank ar in one way or another dirty so i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to clean something so that ican safely hold fishes there temporarly while i clean the tank

i have 5 gallon buckets plastic that i used to carry dirt in so i dont know if there wouldbe something in the dirt that stayed there and could kill my fish

i have a 8 inch deep container about 12 in radius its plastic and its got brown stuff thats dried on there from leftover what im guessing fish crap last time i emtpied it out

ive got one of those foam beer coolers that you normally see some fishermen holding their catches in and i had leftover aquarium gravel from when i had a larger fish tank. and when i tried to get it out it actually made a layer of dried rocks and what im guessing is fish crap thats stuck on there even if i flipped it over it wouldnt come out and if i hit it a few rocks will come lose

i also have 1 gallon aluminum containers that i used to make a fire so its got black ash or charcoal whatever it is

so if someone could tell me how to clean any of these things while still being able to hold my fish while i clean the tank.

and the fish i have are a tiger oscar, channel catfish, pleco and texas cichlid

You can get some water and paper towel or wash cloth to wash the dirt out. The fish should be fine with the dirt in there but just to be careful clean it.
