Clean glass before painting

So I was painting the back of a tank for the cool blacked out look and I got to around the 20th coat and realized I forgot to clean the glass that I was painting over! Luckily its barely noticeable but if you look at the aquarium at a angle at the side you can see water marks and finger prints.

Not to bad but still lesson learned.

Eeeewwww, so are you scraping it off and doing it right?

Naw, its a fish room tank and its not noticeable when your looking straight at the tank. Plus it already has fish in it.

20th coat? I only do 1-2 coats on mine lol I don't think the prints will show. Algae and whatnot will blur things up.
