woke this morning to hear my FX5 making a rattling noise from the impeller. Its been running for 4 months now so was due a clean.
Having read lots of posts in the past about the FX5 I have to say it was easy to clean. The rattling sopund was caused by a single piece of Substrat Pro caught around the impeller unit.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the outlet didn't blast the flow after cleaning that I'd come to expect from cleaning externals out in the past. Have others with FX5's found this also?
