Cleaning Acrylic Tank

What do you guys use to clean the outside of an acrylic tank after a water change?

I'd go for a dilute solution of vinegar in water in a spray bottle, about 1:5. It's how we do all our windows at home.

all i use is some regular glass cleaner. my tank is built into the wall so there is no worrie about getting anything into the tank

Novus 1 spray if I really want it to look good, otherwise just a soft towel to dry up the water.

Is your tank glass or Acrylic? Stuff like Windex is not meant for Acrylic, the ammonia will damage it from my readings so I've never tried it myself.

Thanks for the response, but I am want to know what kind of towel to use. How do I know if it is soft enough? Something like what you would use to dry your new car?

agreed.... i treat my acrylic tanks just as good as i treat my car
