cleaning an empty old tank

I have an old dirty 90g that has been sitting in storage - I am growing out some trimacs and want to move them into the larger tank soon. My question is what can I use to clean the grime off the inside of the tank? Just water? Soap and water? Some other chemical? I obviously will be cycling the tank but don't want to put something harmful on the inside of the tank. Thanks.

use vinegar mixed with water to clean, then rinse with water only

for the cleaning mixture what is the ratio of water to vinegar? half and half? Also, is that white vinegar? Thanks

You can also use CLR, its bio-degradable. Just rinse real good and dont forget a leak test before taking it indoors.
